Energize to 1.25 million Bovis by soaking the Wrap in an EnerGel Foodtainer,
Pitcher or Mug filled with water for approximately 12 hours. Take out
of EnerGel Device and with a dry towel press out as much water from
the flat portions as possible and iron dry if desired. Place around
neck to stay cool and energized for days. Although cool to the touch
many people have found it not uncomfortable even to wear in the winter
to help with increased energy and to help eliminate pain throughout
the body whether chronic or otherwise. Place in refrigerator to get
cold for more of a cooling effect during the summer months. When the
Wrap gradually dehydrates after several days just resoak in one of the
EnerGel Devices above for another 12 hours. Using the Foodtainer, Pitcher
or Mug is recommended for the maximum energy transfer (in room temperature)
as the energy surrounds the Neck Wrap and concentrates it bringing the
Bovis to 1.25 million. If placing a bowl of water on top of an EnerGel
Placemat, Gel Coaster or Target Pain Eraser the energy will only get
to a maximum of around 15,000 Bovis as the energy is not encircling
the Wrap preventing you from obtaining your desired results. When fully
dehydrated hand wash as needed only with antibacterial hand soap and
water. Rinse quickly and hang to dry. Do not store in a closed bag or
an airtight container whether in the dry state or moist. Contains non-toxic
