Hot or Cold!
This Gel Bottle Pain Eraser can be placed in a bowl of ice
water or hot water (not boiling, however) to help with pain
anywhere on the body. This Device is polarized and it is imprinted
upon the bottle the side that should be placed against the
body. Nothing negative will happen if the reverse side is
placed against the body as both sides are counter clockwise.
It's just a bit stronger and more effective when the proper
side is toward the body, however, since the Gel is being swished
all around, it probably doesn't matter much. Never microwave
to warm.
